Under standard conditions, we recommend using super-strong glue(such as Loctite 401) to bond CSB-EPB® plastic plain bearings. For plastic plain bearings materials such as EPB13 that are difficult to stick strongly to other parts, the use of two-component adhesives can achieve significantly better results(such as Loctite 406 + Primer 770). For high temperature applications, we recommend using epoxy glue(such as epoxy-based adhesives).

In addition, please clean the components thoroughly and remove oil and grease before applying glue. You can use professional detergents, or you can use simple and quick degreasers. Roughening the contact surface will also enhance the bonding effect. Bonding is generally only a support measure and cannot completely replace press-fit.
