Application of Engineering Plastic Bearings in Automobile Seat Adjustment System

Generally speaking, the tolerance of the thickness of the sheet metal material used in the car seat system and the tolerance of the punching holes are relatively large. However, a minimum clearance is required to reduce noise as much as possible in the seat system. In order to solve this problem, CSB developed and produced EPB3 engineering plastic bearings and PCB plastic clamp bearings. Nowadays, more and more car seat design engineers use CSB's plastic bearings.

Zhejiang CSB Plastic Bearing technology Co., Ltd. was Established

CSB Company is a professional manufacturer of sliding bearings. In order to develop non-metallic polymer sliding bearing products more professionally, CSB Company set up a new company named Jiashan CSB Plastic Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. in April 2009, which integrates the development, production and sales of the non-metallic self-lubricating materials and non-metallic sliding bearings.

National Sliding Bearing Technical Committee Self-lubricating Bearing Sub-committee was established

On September 28th, 2008, the National Sliding Bearing Standardization Technical Committee Self-lubricating Bearing Sub-Technical Committee was established. CSB Company is the secretariat and its office is located in CSB.
