The rotation speed of the spindle of the soybean milk machine reaches 15000 rpm during operation. Such high-speed rotary motion has very high requirements on the spindle bearings. However, only powder metallurgy oiled bearings of traditional sliding bearings could be used in the past times. The oiled bearings are working in the environment of 120 degrees, resulting in that the industrial lubricating oil used with the bearings can easily evaporate and penetrate into the soybean milk which poses a threat to our health. The EPB14A bearings are made of the material that compounded by ultra-low friction coefficient material and high-strength and high-temperature compressive material. This material has passed the "FDA" food hygiene level certification. It is worth to mention that our customers have did the 1000 rounds of high-speed endurance tests (each test lasts about 15 minutes), and the result was very good. It was found that almost no abrasion on surface of the EPB14A bearings.
